Tech-Ed SEA 2008 (Microsoft Event) was held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. Together with my colleague (most of them was IT background), we had the opportunity to join the event this year. Compare withprevious year, this year the event was slightly different. There are some improvements.
I was there by 9:30 a.m. in the morning after driving from Serdang to Bukit Jalil (30 minute traffic jam), STAR LRT 30 minute from Bukit Jalil to Masjid Jamek and 15 minute from there to KLCC by Putra LRT. I waited for 3 turn in the LRT station which is good sign to me as I had wait for about 6 turn compare with last year. Anyway, from Serdang to KLCC took me more than 1 hour 30 minutes. If in future I change my job, KLCC area or Kuala Lumpur will not being my first choice to consider working.
I managed to register fast in the counter by giving them a printed record of my registration form together with my name card. The event started about 9:30 a.m, the opening ceremony. We entered into the hall about 10:15 a.m.
